As the Head of UX/UI Design for Qwyn at Delta Capita, I lead the design strategy for a patented, multi-channel communications platform. During my time at Citigroup as a VP and Lead UX/UI Architect, I spearheaded the design for a single-point-of-entry platform that reduced MTP by 20% and boosted user productivity by 80%.
